In the private grounds of the house you have a patio area with picnic bench, large lawns to the front and rear of the property. Ample private parking in the drive.

Accommodation: Spacious fully-equipped high-spec Kitchen/Diner (incl. beautiful slate flooring - with under-floor heating; gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, farmhouse-style dining table/chairs, fridge and freezer), Beautiful Lounge (incl. 28" Widescreen Television,� video, DVD player and a gorgeous inglenook log/coal fire-place), Library/Sitting area with a wide selection of books/games/maps and piano, Shower Room (with walk-in Shower, toilet and washbasin), 2nd Bathroom (with bath, heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin), a walk-in wardrobe room, 3 spacious Bedrooms (1d - Queen-size), (4-foot 6"double futon), (1d - Queen-size). Oil central-heating throughout and back-up electric radiators and immersion heater if required. Electricity, duvets and pillows provided FREE.
