Beach Bungalow situated literally yards from the shore at Aberdesach, near Caernarfon. Sleeps 6 (Max 4 adults). A well-behaved dog is welcome. Location, location, location!! A beautifully situated beach-bungalow enjoying breathtaking sea and mountain views at Aberdesach, some 10 minutes drive from Caernarfon (with its majestic Edwardian Castle) and 15 minutes from the market town of Pwllheli. Because of its unique beach location, access is along a footpath and cars are parked 140m from the bungalow on a small green, which is overlooked by other bungalows and although ideally situated, the bungalow is not isolated since there are sixteen other properties on the beach. Shop and pub at Clynnog Fawr, 1 mile. Small rear patio and elevated garden and a sitting area to the front of the bungalow. Please note that the access to bungalow is unsuitable for disabled visitor.

ACCOMMODATION

The Sitting Room (front overlooking the beach) is comfortably furnished with a lovely NEW suite and two leather recliners, coffee table and colour, digital TV/CD/DVD player and NEW as of September '09 a stylish contemporary fireplace which not only provides heat but the flame effect makes for a very romantic setting. Two windows give wonderful views of the beach and the Eifl Mountains. Night storage heater also available.

The Dining Room (rear overlooking garden) has large pine table, six farmhouse chairs with matching Welsh dresser equipped with Portmeirion 'Botanic Garden' tableware (a full set of white tableware is also provided). There is also a night storage heater.

Bedroom 1 (front overlooking the beach) has a double bed, three-drawer chest and chair and portable heater.

Bedroom 2 (front overlooking the beach) has full-size twin beds, double wardrobe, three-drawer chest, chair and portable heater.

Bedroom 3 (rear overlooking garden) has a hand basin, double bed, large fitted wardrobe, three-drawer chest, chair and portable heater.

The galley kitchen is fully fitted, with electric cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, spin-dryer, iron and ironing board. A cupboard houses the hot water tank and small drying area.

The shower room has toilet, hand basin, electric shower and mirrored cabinet.

Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but linen should be taken by the visitors. Electricity by meter reading.

Short breaks are welcomed out of season at a rate of £229 for stay of up to 4 nights.
