Location, location, location!! - Quaint former fisherman's cottage situated opposite Aberdaron's beautiful beach and St Hywyn's Church (one of Wales' most beautiful Churches) - literally 1-minute walk from the village centre. Sleeps 4/6 (more comfortable for 4 people). Sorry no pets and no smoking in the cottage. This cosy little cottage's location alone will make for a very memorable holiday. Although only small, the cottage has all the amenities you would expect from a holiday cottage and the proximity to the beach etc. makes this cottage a great choice for families wanting a beachside holiday whilst on a budget. Aberdaron has a choice of shops, two first-rate pubs (which serve meals) as well as a café and popular seafood restaurant. The property benefits from an allocated private parking space situated approximately 100 meters from the cottage - as visitors to Aberdaron will know, parking is at a premium in the village and this private parking space is a real bonus! Accommodation: Ground Floor - Lounge/Diner (with Colour T.V. incl. Freeview, DVD player, CD player; sofa and dining table/chairs), Bathroom (with shower above a bath, toilet and washbasin; washer/dryer), Kitchenette (incl. fridge, electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher). First Floor - Although there are 3 bedrooms, due to the size of the property we are limited to using just two of them i.e. (1d - featuring sea views) and (twin bunk beds). Please note that this is a "home from home" and the owners have personal belongings at the cottage i.e. books, games, herbs/spices etc - p.s. feel free to use any of these! Duvets and pillows provided - please supply own linen and towels. Gas and electricity included in the rent.
